Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Nurse Aide will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and implement care plans under licensed nurses. Training to CNA level may be available.

We offer full-time night shifts with pay differentials and a benefits package including 401(k), PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans

As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.
