Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. You will provide essential hands-on care to residents under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting comfort and independence.

CNAs play a key role in observing changes, reporting to licensed staff, and helping create a safe, respectful environment while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment required.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program as required.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare preferred, but not required where applicable.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults.
• Dependable with a strong commitment to resident care and safety.
• Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the nursing team.
• Understanding of basic infection prevention and resident-safety practices.
• Commitment to protecting resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Position Overview

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team.

As a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), you'll provide essential hands-on care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You'll assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort and independence, observe changes in resident condition, and help create a safe and supportive environment.

Our CNAs are an important part of each resident's day. Beyond providing excellent care, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of the residents we serve.

What We're Looking For
