Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Aide will provide direct resident care, perform ADLs, and support licensed nurses with care plans, while communicating effectively with residents and families.

Willingness to train to CNA level is noted. Position includes 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, full-time day and night options, and pay with potential shift differential.

Qualifications

• CNA level training or certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Joplin is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.
