Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Nurse Aide will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and follow care plans under licensed nurses' supervision.

The role offers opportunities to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level with training, and a shift differential of up to $4/hr is available. 12-hour day and night full-time schedules are offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.

Nurse Aide Responsibilities:
