Resolute Health Hospital seeks an experienced Nursing Administrative Supervisor to lead patient care and daily operations for an assigned facility. You will complete required competencies within the introductory period and contribute to ongoing clinical excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with care teams, and adherence to regulatory standards while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional outcomes and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Texas RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience with leadership/management abilities.
• Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire; must obtain BLS within 60 days.
• Non Violent Crisis Intervention within 60 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care activities and operational activities for the assigned facility.
• Complete established competencies for the position within the introductory period.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
