ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital seeks an Administrative Supervisor to coordinate high-quality patient care. You will oversee shift operations, patient flow, staff assignments, and care team collaboration, leading daily transition rounds and ensuring effective communication.

As a clinical expert, you will maintain care standards, provide coaching and preceptorship, and support regulatory compliance. A BSN or current enrollment with degree completion within two years is required; RN license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or enrollment in an accredited BSN program with completion within two years.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in a patient care area.
• Current State RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilités
