The position emphasizes collaboration with the Nursing Leadership Team, ongoing staff development, and compliance with professional standards to ensure high-quality patient care across departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and PA RN licensure are required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in hospital settings.
• Knowledge of patient-centered care and interprofessional teamwork.
• BLS, ACLS certifications; CPR training up to date.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and families.
