Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Nurse Account Manager to proactively identify client needs, service requests, and successful outcomes.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, collaborate with pharmacy operations, and deliver clinical and regulatory expertise, staff training, and on-site education. A nursing degree and active license are required, with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in long-term care pharmacy or similar setting.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations to resolve service issues.
• Develop relationships with clients and provide clinical and regulatory guidance.
• Conduct on-site trainings and nurse consulting services.
• Prepare business reviews with facility management.
• Document activities in Salesforce CRM.
