Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our Westborough inpatient team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to clients across programs, with cross-trained staffing to cover all care levels.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus, generous PTO, medical and dental benefits, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for professional growth. Schedule is 40 hours weekly; shifts 3:00pm–11:30pm with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• Current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in substance abuse/mental health field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.

Location:

Westborough, MA - Inpatient programs located at our Westborough Treatment Campus. Staff may be placed at any of the several programs located on the campus. Nursing staff are cross-trained to cover all programs and levels of care.

Pay Rate:

LPN ($35.00/hour) and RN ($36.00)

Schedule:

40 hours per week. 3:00pm - 11:30pm and every other weekend required

The Nurse is responsible for:
