Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Westborough, MA is seeking a Nurse to provide general nursing care within acute treatment services. This role pays $35/hour for LPN and $36/hour for RN, based on license type, with a 24-hour-per-week schedule (7:00am–3:30pm, Monday and Friday, plus every other weekend).

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure care adheres to medical standards while delivering strong patient hospitality.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in substance abuse/mental health field preferred.

Location: Westborough, MA - Acute Treatment Services. Inpatient programs located at our Westborough Treatment Campus. Staff may be placed at any of the several programs located on the campus. Nursing staff are cross‑trained to cover all programs and levels of care.

Pay Rate: LPN ($35.00/hour) and RN ($36.00)

Schedule: 24 hours per week. 7:00am- 3:30pm, Monday and Friday and every other weekend required.

The Nurse is responsible for:

• Providing general nursing care to all clients at the facility.
• Performing job activities adhering to medical standards in a compassionate and professional manner as well as exemplifies excellent customers service and hospitality.
• The Nursing participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse RN/LPN license from accredited school required.
• Must have current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in substance abuse/mental health field preferred.
