Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Westborough, MA is seeking licensed nurses for overnight nursing roles. LPNs earn $35.00/hour and RNs $36.00/hour, with shifts including overnight hours and potential weekend requirements.

Bonuses are offered: $10,000 for full-time 40 hours, $7,000 for part-time 32 hours, and $5,000 for per diem 16-24 hours. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and tuition assistance. Staffing may be placed across campus programs.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in substance abuse/mental health field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) preferred.
• English language proficiency required.

• Performing job activities adhering to medical standards in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Nursing participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs.

Job description

Bonuses are offered depending on the number of hours you are hired for.

Full-Time 40 hours - $10,000 bonus

Part-Time 32 hours - $7,000 bonus

Per Diem - 16-24 hours - $5,000 bonus

Location: Westborough, MA - Programs located at our Westborough Treatment Campus. Staff may be placed at any of the several programs located on the campus. Nursing staff are cross-trained to cover all programs and levels of care.

Pay Rate: LPN ($35.00/hour) and RN ($36.00)

Schedule: Overnights. every other weekend may be required, flexible schedules available. Overnight shift is 11:00pm-7:30am.

The Nurse Is Responsible For

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse RN/LPN license from accredited school required.
• Must have current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in substance abuse/mental health field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak in the English language in an understandable manner is required.
