Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Westborough, MA is seeking a nurse (LPN or RN) for overnight coverage within our treatment campus. You will provide direct nursing care to clients and participate in a multi-disciplinary team to meet complex care needs.

Required licensure in Massachusetts with CPR or willing to obtain within 90 days; 2 years in substance use/mental health is preferred. English communication must be clear and professional.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license from an accredited program is required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years experience in substance use/mental health setting preferred.
• Must read, write and speak clear English.

• Provide general nursing care to clients at the facility.

Bonuses are offered depending on the number of hours you are hired for.Full-Time 40 hours - $10,000 bonusPart-Time 32 hours - $7,000 bonusPer Diem - 16-24 hours - $5,000 bonusLocation: Westborough, MA - Programs located at our Westborough Treatment Campus. Staff may be placed at any of the several programs located on the campus. Nursing staff are cross-trained to cover all programs and levels of care.Pay Rate: LPN ($35.00/hour) and RN ($36.00)Schedule: Overnights. every other weekend may be required, flexible schedules available.
