Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Lowell, MA is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) and registered nurses (RN) for an inpatient treatment program on the 2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with every other weekend required.

You will provide general nursing care, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and participate in cross-training across units; supports include a $7,500 bonus for full-time or $5,000 for part-time, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• 2+ years in substance abuse/mental health preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Schedule

2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm, every other weekend required

Pay Rate

LPN $35-$38.50/hour. RN $36-$39.50/hour

The Nurse Is Responsible For

• Providing general nursing care to all clients at the facility
• Performing job activities adhering to medical standards in a compassionate and professional manner as well as exemplifies excellent customers service and hospitality
• The Nursing participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse RN/LPN license from accredited school required.
• Must have current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in substance abuse/mental health field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak in the English language in an understandable manner is required.
