Job summary

Four Seasons Miami is seeking a guest-focused server to greet, serve, and assist guests in a luxury dining environment. The role requires wine knowledge and stellar communication to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be fluent in English (bilingual preferred), and willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant hospitality experience, preferably luxury setting.
• Excellent communication with fluent English; bilingual preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operation.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams.
• Friendly, pleasant, and helpful demeanor with guests.
• Ability to delight and satisfy guests consistently.
• Able to handle guest requests with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort to tables, and provide menus.
• Take food and drink orders and offer recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and ingredients.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Keep dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
