Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks a NUNA server in Miami to greet guests, take orders, serve with precision, and maintain a pristine dining room. You will develop deep menu knowledge, assist guests with recommendations, and ensure a seamless experience in a luxury setting.

Fluent English is required, with bilingual preferred. The role demands a friendly, attentive manner and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably luxury.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation and collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role:

The NUNA server is responsible for greeting, serving and assisting guests, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and all work areas. Candidate must have extensive food and wine knowledge, excellent guest service skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.

• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Experience Required:

• Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Have excellent communication skills with fluency in English require, bilingual preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation.
• Able to work together with other colleagues.
• Have a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest.
• Able to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
