Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Program Manager to lead uprate projects at nuclear plants, focusing on Balance of Plant license basis and plant modifications. You will coordinate evaluations, manage cost estimates, schedules and technical communications with clients and vendors.

The role requires a strong background in nuclear plant systems, extensive project leadership, and the ability to work remotely with occasional on-site visits and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Construction Management is required.
• 5 years of experience with large high-complexity projects at nuclear power plants is required; 10+ years preferred.
• Experience with nuclear plant integrated systems operation, especially balance of plant (thermal cycle).
• Experience leading large high-value field-based projects at nuclear plants; outage support and nuclear Appendix B QA programs desired.

Responsibilities

• Technically responsible for entire project scope for assigned uprate projects.
• Develop and input cost estimates and offers; support negotiations with the client.
• Drive safe, on-time, first-time quality delivery; manage schedules and financials; maintain project details and communications.
• Serve as a technical contact with clients, suppliers, and Westinghouse leadership for project communications.
• Coordinate development of technical responses; manage teams of engineers and design solutions.
