• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an applicable technical field or equivalent field experience.
• 5 years of project management experience or 3 years in PM/supervisory + 2+ years of technical field experience in relevant industries.
• 6–10+ years in PM, preferably in construction, large component replacements, and outages at nuclear facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high‑complexity projects with large cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee and input cost estimates, proposals, and client negotiations for field service work.
• Drive project planning, schedules, baselines, risk and cost management, and invoicing per PMO guidelines.
• Ensure safe, on‑time, first‑time quality project deliveries with effective partner management.
• Close projects with proper archiving, reporting, and lessons learned for future work.
