Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Product Manager - Uprating, Plant Performance and Long-Term Operations to shape a global portfolio of uprating, super uprating, and long-term operation solutions. You will own product strategy, lifecycle management, and value propositions across regulatory and aging challenges to sustain high plant availability.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Product Management and Growth, this remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, engineering, licensing, or business development in regulated sectors.
• Experience with power uprating, aging management, long-term operation, or related expertise is a plus.
• Experience building product strategies, business cases, and value propositions for complex engineered offerings.
• Experience working in international, matrixed organizations.

Aufgaben

• Assess global markets for uprating, LTO, and beyond-SLR operation; identify demand and customer needs.
• Execute product strategies and go-to-market approaches to grow Engineered Solutions revenue.
• Articulate clear value propositions for uprating and long-term operation to stakeholders.
• Develop and own a global portfolio spanning feasibility studies to long-term support services.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, licensing, and sales to align strategy and delivery.
