Job summary

INPO is seeking a Teaching & Learning Leader to monitor and improve plant performance through effective teaching and learning strategies in the nuclear industry. The role requires a strong background in adult learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead collaborative efforts across various teams to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

This position involves extensive interaction with stakeholders and regular travel to nuclear sites. Candidates must possess extensive experience in the nuclear power industry and demonstrate leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional work experience.
• Five or more years in the commercial nuclear power industry or military.
• SRO certification or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead activities for continuous plant performance improvement.
• Communicate issues and results with executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze performance trends and improvements.

Skills

Knowledge of adult learning principles

Strong executive writing and communication skills

Analytical and communication skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related area
