Job summary

INPO is seeking a Teaching & Learning Leader to coordinate and lead activities to monitor and improve plant performance in teaching and training accreditation within the nuclear industry. Qualifications

  • Six or more years of professional work experience.
  • Five or more years in the commercial nuclear power industry or commensurate military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science or related field.
  • SRO certification or license preferred.
  • Strong executive writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and leading activities to monitor and improve plant performance in teaching and learning, and accreditation.
  • Leading matrixed teams to support accreditation activities and improvement actions.
  • Communicating issues and results to INPO leadership and regulators.
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry standards and accreditation processes.
  • Interfacing with site personnel and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Traveling up to 40% to nuclear sites and required locations.
