Job summary

INPO is seeking a Teaching & Learning Leader to coordinate and lead activities to monitor and improve plant performance in teaching and training accreditation within the nuclear industry. This role requires knowledge of adult learning science and application of supporting technology, along with strong executive writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional work experience.
• Five or more years in the commercial nuclear power industry or commensurate military experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science or related field.
• SRO certification or license preferred.
• Strong executive writing and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and leading activities to monitor and improve plant performance in teaching and learning, and accreditation.
• Leading matrixed teams to support accreditation activities and improvement actions.
• Communicating issues and results to INPO leadership and regulators.
• Maintaining knowledge of industry standards and accreditation processes.
• Interfacing with site personnel and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Traveling up to 40% to nuclear sites and required locations.
