The role drives performance-based training for Reactor Operator (RO) and Non-Licensed Operator (NLO) duties, ensures training content aligns with INPO/NRC guidance, and prepares examinations and evaluations across classroom, lab, and simulator environments.

Qualifications

• Six years of operator experience in test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plants.
• Technical degree with nuclear background or equivalent experience.
• RO/SRO licensing or authorization is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and modification of plant-specific nuclear training programs.
• Coordinate performance-based training for Reactor Operator and Non-Licensed Operator duties.
• Prepare trainee examinations and conduct evaluations across classroom, lab, and simulator environments.
• Support audits and regulatory alignment with INPO, NRC, and related training standards.
• Maintain auditable training records and participate in outage and emergency preparedness activities.
