Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Training Instructor for an ongoing contract role at Hinkley Point C, delivering class-based and scenario-based training. The position is 4 days onsite per week with a PAYE pay rate of £180–£220 per day.

You will be part of the NSA Project Training Team, ensuring workers are confident and prepared for safety-critical operations. The role requires delivering approved training, managing schedules, and working with SMEs to keep content current.

• Contribute to team objectives and meet personal targets.
• Manage training schedules and maintain completion records.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep training accurate and relevant.
