Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering is seeking a Nuclear Training Instructor to provide full-time support for government and non-government clients. You will train PHNS personnel on submarine systems, assist with qualification and certification tasks, and help optimize maintenance availability periods.

Responsibilities include delivering modules, coordinating with customers, drafting training materials, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering training curricula for naval or military contexts.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating materials and briefs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and standard collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stand up instruction and facilitation for nuclear and non-nuclear submarine systems.
• Develop training modules and facilitate sessions aligned with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers to identify training needs and craft curriculums.
• Support responses to specialized training requests and training workshops.
• Collect metrics on learning progress and prepare performance evaluations.
• Prepare presentation materials and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and assist other trainers as needed.
• Organize work space and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines.
