Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. in Spring City, TN is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant to oversee on-site design changes, safety briefings, and client interface meetings to drive project success.

You will coordinate design change packages, manage schedules and resources, perform pre-job safety activities, and support business development while maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees considered).
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Approximate travel of 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering: Prepare and/or review design change packages and other engineering deliverables; coordinate attendance at design review meetings; coordinate site deliverable reviews and approvals.
• Project Management: Track project schedules and resource loading; lead weekly client interface/project status meetings; provide on-site support as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Perform pre-job safety briefs and assist with walk-downs and data gathering.
• Business Development: Develop and identify new business opportunities.
