Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. in Spring City, TN is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for our Nuclear Services Group at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant.

You will lead pre-job safety briefs, drive design changes, manage on-site interfaces, and support project success with strong technical and supervisory skills. This on-site role requires a civil/electrical/mechanical/nuclear engineering background, at least six years' experience, and the ability to gain unescorted site access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical, or nuclear engineering (related engineering degrees will be considered).
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Project management experience is beneficial.
• Design engineering or field experience is beneficial.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineering: prepare/review design change packages, attend design review meetings, coordinate site deliverable reviews/approvals.
• Project management: track schedules and resource loading, lead weekly client interface/project status meetings, provide on-site support.
• Safety and compliance: perform pre-job safety briefs and assist with walk-downs and data gathering.
• Business development: develop and identify new business opportunities.
