Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant in Spring City, TN. You will lead design changes, coordinate client meetings, and provide on-site support to drive project success.

The role requires a Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Nuclear engineering background with 6+ years of experience, strong communication, and ability to travel ~10% to support outages and site activities. A safety-focused, collaborative leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (or related engineering degree).
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Project management experience is beneficial.
• Design engineering or field experience is beneficial.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Approximate travel of 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering: Prepare/review design change packages, coordinate design review meetings, and site deliverable reviews/approvals.
• Project Management: Track project schedules/resource loading, lead weekly client interface/project status meetings, provide on-site support.
• Safety and Compliance: Perform pre-job safety briefs and assist with walk-downs and data gathering.
• Business Development: Develop and identify new business opportunities.
