Job summary

ENERCON is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant in Spring City, TN. You will lead design changes, manage project schedules, and spearhead safety briefs while building client relationships on-site.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in engineering, at least 6 years in nuclear or heavy industry, and the ability to obtain unescorted access to nuclear facilities. This role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and growth within our Nuclear Services Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering: Prepare and/or review design change packages, coordinate design review meetings, and site deliverable reviews/approvals.
• Project Management: Track schedules and resource loading, lead weekly client interface meetings, provide on-site support.
• Safety and Compliance: Perform pre-job safety briefs and assist with walk-downs and data gathering.
• Business Development: Develop and identify new business opportunities.
