ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the creation of winning engineering proposals with a skilled technical team. You will develop comprehensive project plans and manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships across multiple sites.

This role requires 6+ years in power generation, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP, with strong cost estimation, scope control, earned value management, and clear reporting.

Formación

• 6+ years' experience in power generation, utility, energy or nuclear industries as an Engineer or Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR PMP Certification.
• Skilled in cost/workhour estimating and proposal development and review.
• Capable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects executing simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead efforts with technical staff to develop detailed and winning engineering proposals and manage schedules and deliverables.
• Project Management Excellence: Develop project work plans, risk and communication plans, WBS, and schedules with earned value management understanding.
• Client Relations & Business Development: Maintain client relationships, manage scope, identify opportunities, and support proposals and follow-up.
• Financial & Reporting Oversight: Report on project financials and performance to management, including internal and federal reporting.
