Job summary

ENERCON is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for Southeast Offices to lead engineering proposals and develop detailed project plans. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and client relationships while driving opportunities and ensuring quality and timelines.

You will manage multi-project efforts across multiple U.S. sites, including travel 10–15%. Strong leadership, communication, and governance skills are required. A Bachelor's in Engineering or PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in power generation, utility, energy or nuclear industries as an Engineer or PM.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with relevant experience.
• Experience in cost/workhour estimating and proposal development & review.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules and costs for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts with technical staff to develop highly detailed proposals and plans.
• Develop project work plans, risk, communication plans, WBS, and dictionaries.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and reporting including earned value management.
• Foster client relationships and identify new opportunities.
