Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the creation of winning engineering proposals with our technical team. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage schedules and budgets, and drive client relationships to seize new opportunities.

Based in one of several US locations, this role blends leadership with technical execution, requiring strong planning, reporting, and communication skills to ensure project success and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in power generation, utility, energy or nuclear industries as an Engineer or Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with 10 years' experience.
• Skilled in cost/workhour estimating and proposal development and review.
• Capable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects.
• Knowledge in earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reporting.
• Experience with contract language development and review.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to craft detailed and winning engineering proposals.
• Develop Nuclear Services Project Work Plans, Risk/Communication/Work Breakdown Structures.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and recoveries; use EVMS and reporting processes.
• Foster and maintain client relationships; identify new opportunities and proposals.
