Job summary

You will manage schedules, budgets, client relationships, and opportunities, delivering high-quality results. The role requires engineering background or PMP, 10 years' experience, and strong leadership with the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with 10 years' applicable experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in power generation, energy, utility or nuclear industries as an Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge in earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reporting.
• Strong coordination and team building skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to develop highly detailed and winning engineering proposals. Manage matrixed technical staff to ensure client deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Develop Nuclear Services Project Work Plans, Risk Management Plans, Communication Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and Dictionaries; manage schedules and reporting.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the single point of contact for projects; support marketing efforts and identify new opportunities.
• Understand project financials and regularly report on financial status and performance to management.
