Nextonic Solutions LLC seeks a Subject Matter Expert in Education and Training on Nuclear Waste Cleanup Safety in Morrisville, NC. The role focuses on promoting safety training and coordinating with NIEHS WTP, DOE, and affiliated organizations.

You will analyze regulations, update training materials with DOE technological trends, and develop partnerships to enhance safety training delivery for DOE contractors and grant recipients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in DOE/NIEHS safety training and education programs.
• Ability to coordinate with DOE and NIEHS stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience analyzing health and safety regulations to identify training needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enhance collaboration with NIEHS WTP, DOE, and affiliated organizations leadership as a subject matter expert on education and training for nuclear facility construction, demolition, and waste cleanup safety.
• Analyze current health and safety regulations affecting DOE workers and identify training gaps to be addressed by NIEHS grant resources.
• Inform WTP staff of changes in the DOE complex and trends in DOE technology to update training materials.
• Evaluate training processes to identify gaps and needs and propose NIEHS-supported solutions.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement a training partnership plan to deliver NIEHS WTP courses to the DOE contractor community.
