Job summary

You will develop initial and ongoing instruction, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement in training operations. A Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering is required, with 5+ years of exempt experience; a Master’s degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with no experience, are also considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program; U.S. citizenship may be required.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or PhD with no experience as alternative.
• RTNE instructor qualification or experience is highly favorable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct RTNE program for nuclear engineers; deliver initial and continuing radiological training.
• Prepare and administer retention of knowledge examinations and training records.
• Utilize learning platforms and MS Office for training delivery and reporting.
