Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Nuclear Training Instructor to develop, deliver, and continuously improve training courses and materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). You will revise content to reflect plant changes and regulatory updates, and coach junior instructors while ensuring program alignment with NRC and INPO standards.

You will lead cross-disciplinary instruction in Engineering, Health Physics, Chemistry, and Maintenance, identifying gaps and driving curriculum

Qualifications

• 7+ years of nuclear training experience.
• Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred: Certified Nuclear Training Instructor Classroom.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve assigned training courses, supporting materials, and evaluations using SAT.
• Revise instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direction and coach less-experienced instructors
• Lead training programs ensuring compliance with NRC regulations and INPO accreditation criteria
