Job summary
TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Reactor Core Component Delivery Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of critical reactor components, bridging engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and project management.
You will drive technical decisions, manage risk, and maintain visibility into schedule, cost, and supplier performance. The ideal candidate combines engineering fundamentals with strong program execution, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and developing execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher in a technical discipline related to engineering.
- Experience delivering complex hardware from design to delivery.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of reactor core components from design to site delivery.
- Interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and PMO.
- Develop integrated plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables for procurement, fabrication and testing.
- Drive issue resolution through cross-functional decisions and timely actions.
- Monitor supplier progress with regular reviews and factory visits.
- Track manufacturing performance and develop recovery plans.
- Ensure fabrication meets design, codes and quality requirements.
