Job summary

TerraPower seeks a Senior Manager, Supplied Equipment Group, Reactor Equipment, to lead the Reactor Components group and drive safe, timely equipment delivery for the Natrium program.

You will manage Equipment Supply Managers, coordinate with Natrium Supply Chain, Fuel Supply & Development, and project teams to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and safety targets are met. Location in Bellevue, WA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/nuclear/systems/civil) preferred.
• Experience managing suppliers in design and manufacturing environments.
• Strong contractual and commercial understanding of supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct line manager for Equipment Supply Managers in the Reactor Components group.
• Interface with Natrium Supply Chain to ensure safe, timely equipment delivery (Head, Vessel, Internals).
• Coordinate with Natrium Fuel Supply & Development on fuel logistics delivery.
• Oversee supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Monitor supply chain to meet cost, schedule, quality, safety metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Finance/Legal/Procurement/Quality/Facilities on delivery processes.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to ESMs in the group.
• Ensure PM tools are used for cost, schedule, submittals, and resources.
• Liaise with supplier management on contract fidelity and technical direction.
• Review SOWs and project plans to ensure program objectives.
• Oversee supplier selection activities.
• Maintain awareness of supplier capabilities and relationships.
