Responsibilities

• Administer CAP processes and manage access rights for project personnel.
• Process project Condition Reports per procedural requirements.
• Facilitate nonconformance reporting including counterfeit items.
• Perform trend analysis activities.
• Oversee industry operating experience programs and management assessments.
• Provide routine quality status reporting and KPIs.
• Mitigate quality risks and address client quality complaints.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
