Qualifications

Accredited four (4) year degree in engineering and four (4) years of related experience; certification/registration if required.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Responsibilities

Perform quality reviews of design outputs and procurement packages for compliance with project quality program requirements.
Review supplier submittals for procurement quality compliance.
Coordinate reviews of supplier procedures and inspection/test plans.
Review turnover documentation for compliance with project quality requirements.
Document, evaluate, and resolve issues within the corrective action program.
Contribute to mitigation of quality risks and resolution of client complaints about quality.
Maintain relationships with engineering and supply chain stakeholders.
