Fluor Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Quality Manager to lead quality activities on medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to client, regulatory, and company requirements. The role may supervise quality staff and oversee OSR implementation across offices.

• Accredited four‑year degree or global equivalent with extensive experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Job related technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state/province, and federal guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work.

Responsabilités

• Implement and supervise quality activities, budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and client relations.
• Communicate with all labor grades and contribute ideas for business direction.
• Serve as project Quality Manager on medium to large projects if needed.
• Serve as office Quality Manager if needed.
• Facilitate OSR implementation in offices with allocated responsibility.
• Maintain relationships with clients and external quality community.
• Other duties as assigned.
