Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with extensive related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal QA audit and survey activities, including surveillance of home office and project site activities to assess compliance with client, regulatory, and quality program requirements.
• Manage reviews of project quality program documents to ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and quality program requirements.
• Ensure that appropriately trained, qualified, or certified personnel perform audit and surveillance activities.
• Document, evaluate, and resolve issues within the corrective action program.
• Contribute to mitigation of significant quality risks and resolution of client complaints regarding quality issues.
• Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Client Quality personnel.
