Flowserve in Charlotte, NC seeks a Quality Inspector - CMM to support repair and supply of pump components for nuclear applications under Safety-Related and ASME QA programs. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, customers, and plant management to assure products meet engineering and quality requirements.

You will perform precision inspection, document results, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining required inspector certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical inspection in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to interpret GD&T on rotating equipment.
• Experience processing non-conformances and maintaining traceability.
• Proficient with CMMs, hardness testers and precision inspection tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections using calibrated measuring equipment, including CMMs.
• Review documentation and ensure on-time quality shipments.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specs, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintain inspection records and support material traceability.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Inspect purchased materials for quality and compliance.
• Train and mentor inspection staff and maintain certifications.
