Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a QA NDE Technician to ensure pump components for the nuclear sector meet strict engineering, customer, and quality requirements. You will perform non-destructive examination and dimensional inspections to protect product integrity and support on-time release of controlled materials.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and plant leadership in a high-accountability environment, applying your inspection expertise to Flowserve’s quality,

Qualifications

• ASNT Level II certification per SNT-TC-1A.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Experience performing inspections in manufacturing or repair settings.
• Experience using calibrated measuring equipment.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level II NDE qualifications and inspections per procedures.
• Conduct VT, MT, PT, UT, and RT as qualified and assigned.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calibrated equipment.
• Review drawings and specs to verify conformance.
• Document results clearly and maintain quality records.
• Identify nonconformances and support corrective actions.
• Maintain traceability of materials and parts.
• Assist training of other inspection personnel.
• Escalate unclear conditions to quality leadership.
