Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 10+ years of QA experience.
• 10+ years of experience in nuclear, engineering or manufacturing QA.
• Lead auditor certification and QA manager certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight of QA program elements to ensure high quality products and services.
• Manage staff selection, development and retention; set goals and monitor progress.
• Evaluate employees through performance reviews and coaching.
• Lead QA audits and interface with external QA audit personnel; develop QA plans.
• Review customer contracts to identify QA requirements; ensure compliance.
• Maintain document control and records management system; support QA activities.
