Job summary

EnergySolutions, LLC in Clinton, TN seeks a QA Manager to design and implement QA policies, provide QA support to sites, and ensure products meet standards. This role requires deep knowledge of NQA-1, 10 CFR 830, and related standards, plus proven leadership in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 10+ years of QA experience in nuclear/engineering environments.
• Minimum 10 years of QA experience in nuclear, engineering or manufacturing domains.
• Lead auditor certifications and related QA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement QA policies and procedures to meet requirements.
• Provide QA support to assigned sites, divisions, and projects.
• Develop and implement QA programs and elements across products/services.
• Lead QA staff, set goals, and conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Lead audits, review contracts for QA requirements, and drive corrective actions.
