Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 10+ years of QA experience.
• 10+ years of QA experience in nuclear, engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with NQA-1 or 10 CFR 830.122.
• Certifications as lead auditor preferred and other QA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement QA policies and procedures to meet requirements.
• Lead QA audits and act as primary interface with external audit personnel.
• Develop and monitor QA programs across sites and projects.
• Train and supervise QA/QC staff; review performance.
• Maintain document control and records management.
