System One, Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer (NQA-1) in Oak Ridge, TN for a direct hire, onsite role. You will ensure conformance to NQA-1 for nuclear facilities, develop and maintain an NQA-1 QA Program, and support audits of vendors and internal processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of NQA-1 QA experience, strong knowledge of NQA-1 and 10 CFR parts, and is willing to pursue Lead Auditor certification. Excellent technical writing and collaboration skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent military experience.
• 2 to 5+ years of NQA-1 QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and 10 CFR Part 21.
• Deep knowledge of industry standards such as EPRI and IEEE.
• Willingness to achieve Lead Auditor certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure activities conform to ASME NQA-1 for items/services to nuclear facilities.
• Develop, implement, maintain an NQA-1 QA Program.
• Review project deliverables, procurement requisitions, and quality verification documents for compliance.
• Coordinate and conduct internal and external vendor audits as an NQA-1 auditor.
• Identify, evaluate, and track nonconforming items and develop CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with 10CFR50 Appendix B and 10CFR21.
