Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to manage the audit program under the nuclear QA framework. You will plan annual audits, lead internal and supplier audits with a team, and produce audit reports while ensuring corrective actions close with objective evidence.

The role requires NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification (or within 90 days), 5+ years in nuclear QA, and ability to audit to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21. Travel to project sites and Sugar Land HQ may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification or qualify within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing experience.
• Proven ability to write clear audit reports and verify corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead audits end to end: notification, checklist, evidence collection, findings, report.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services.
• Classify findings and verify corrective actions to closure; maintain qualifications records.
