Flowserve seeks an experienced Product Leader, Nuclear (Americas) to direct product management for primary nuclear pumps and engineered seals in the Americas. You will own roadmaps, pricing, margins, and competitive positioning, collaborating with Global Nuclear leadership.

You’ll navigate ASME III, 10 CFR 50, and NQA-1 while driving aftermarket growth, uprates, and outages. Travel 40–45% across North and South America as you partner with regional sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering.
• 10–15+ years in product management, engineering, or commercial operations in commercial nuclear power.
• Deep technical expertise with engineered primary pumps, mechanical seals, or related rotating equipment.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear codes and quality frameworks: ASME III, NQA-1, 10 CFR 50/21.
• Willingness to travel 40–45% across North and South America.

Responsabilités

• Develop 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic roadmaps for primary nuclear pumps, seals, spare parts, and outage services.
• Own pricing architectures, lead times, and cost-reduction targets for profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Commercial Operations to optimize manufacturing footprint and supply chains.
• Drive aftermarket growth: life extensions, uprates, retrofits, and outage turnarounds with global aftermarket teams.
• Travel to customer facilities and conferences to build technical relationships and present seminars.
