Zusammenfassung

Flowserve, a global leader in pumps, valves, seals, and aftermarket services, is seeking a Production Planner in Charlotte, NC to coordinate production planning and scheduling for nuclear pump manufacturing, repairs, and components. You will work with project managers, production leadership, quality, purchasing, and shipping to ensure customer commitments, quality standards, inventory objectives, and on-time delivery.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of production planning, scheduling, or materials planning experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of scheduling logic, capacity planning, demand planning, input/output control, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Plan and schedule production activities for assigned product lines based on capacity, material availability and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules, routings, and work orders to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, quality, inventory, and shipping to align materials, labor and resources with production demands.
• Monitor workflow, priorities, and delivery commitments; adjust schedules for shortages or changes.
• Create and maintain digital and physical job routings and verify material availability and complete production documentation.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate status, priorities, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inventory challenges impacting schedule performance.
• Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
