Job summary

Spectra Tech in Richland, WA seeks a Project Manager- Nuclear Projects I, II, III to lead capital projects during outages and online maintenance. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance with a team of engineers and specialists.

The role requires strong experience in nuclear project management, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a focus on ALARA and quality. On-site leadership is essential in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Level I: Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 14+ years in a technical field; PM certification required.
• Level II: Advanced degree or 12–14 years in project management in industrial environment; RO/SRO license desirable.
• Level III: 8+ years scheduling, 4+ years mega-projects; Primavera P6 mandatory; strong PM processes, EVM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, cost control, and procurement for nuclear projects.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with client, engineers, and management across outages and maintenance.
• Direct project teams and ensure ALARA and safety compliance.
